1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Edge Club ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, including local gambling and sports-betting regulations.
3. Not financial, legal, or gambling advice
Edge Club provides statistical analytics, expected-value calculations, and educational tools. The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does NOT constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, or gambling advice. We do not place bets for you, hold customer funds, or guarantee any outcome. Past performance does not predict future results. You assume all risk for any wager you place.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid memberships renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price ($19.99 USD per month at launch) until cancelled. There is no free trial. You may cancel at any time from your profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish picks or feed data; (b) share your account credentials; (c) use the Service to harass others or violate any law; (d) attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or authentication.
6. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or charges back fees. We may also discontinue features or the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that odds, fair values, or game data are error-free or current at any given moment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge Club and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or gambling losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid Edge Club in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and become effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
