1. Who we are
Edge Club ("we", "us") operates this website and the Edge Club analytics service. Contact: support@edgeclub.app.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, password hash, and authentication provider (e.g. Google) when you sign up or sign in.
- Profile and usage data: bankroll figures you choose to log, picks you save, subscription status, and timestamps of activity.
- Billing data: if you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We receive only metadata (e.g. customer id, status). We never store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, and basic logs used for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
3. How we use information
To provide and improve the Service; deliver and personalize picks and analytics; process subscriptions; communicate about your account or service updates; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers acting on our behalf (Supabase for database/auth, Cloudflare for hosting, Stripe for payments, The Odds API for odds data); (b) authorities when required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-respecting product analytics to measure usage. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to handle disputes and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@edgeclub.app.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS, hashed passwords, row-level security on the database, least-privilege service keys). No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
10. International transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process data in the United States and the EU. By using the Service you consent to such transfers where lawful.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here; continued use constitutes acceptance.
